kAYLA sMITH
Kayla Smith is looking forward to serving as Inspire’s 2024-2025 Executive Director. Kayla is a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte, based out of the Chicago Office, and dedicated to the Life Sciences and Health Care practice. Through Inspire, she previously served as a case team volunteer, the Head of Marketing & PR, and the Office Head for the Deloitte Chicago chapter. Kayla grew up in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She loves traveling, exploring the Chicago food scene, and yoga!
maRIE haRWELL
Marie Harwell is excited to join Inspire’s ExComm as the 2024-2025 Growth and Finance Director. She is a Consultant at Bain Los Angeles, working mostly in Healthcare and Private Equity. She recently started her externship at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on early stage biotech investing. She started in Inspire as a volunteer before moving to Head of Client Development. She grew up in Tampa and now spends most of her time running, traveling, and trying as many NYT Cooking recipes as she can.
jON kIM
Jon is excited to be serving as the 2024-2025 Knowledge and Innovation Director for Inspire. Jon is an Associate in the Software Strategy Group at EY-Parthenon, based in New York. Through Inspire, Jon has been a case team volunteer, case team leader, and Client Development Head for the EY-Parthenon New York Chapter. Jon was born and raised in London before studying at Brown University. He played rugby for 4 years at Brown and is a big sports fan.
nATALIE hIRSCH
Natalie is joining ExComm as Inspire’s Programming & Communications Director! Natalie is a Consultant at Deloitte based out of McLean, VA, and has a strong background in project management and strategic thinking for clients in the Retail/Consumer and Technology industries. Prior to Deloitte, Natalie attended the University of Maryland where she founded a non-profit consulting group - serving over 28 clients with a 5% member acceptance rate.
nATASHA cHANDA
Natasha is excited to serve as the 2024-2025 Mid-Atlantic Regional Director. She has been a public sector consultant at Deloitte working in their Customer and Strategy and Applied Design portfolio for 2.5 years, prior to which she graduated from UC Berkeley. Natasha started her journey with Inspire one year ago as Office Head for the Deloitte NYC Chapter and was the Case Team Lead for a project with the Lakeland Hills YMCA. Some of her hobbies include cooking, traveling,and trying new restaurants.
aUDREY tSOI
Audrey is looking forward to serving as the 2024-2025 Midwest Regional Director. She is an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Chicago working primarily in the Medtech Strategy and Organization & Performance practices. She has previously served as Inspire Case Team Lead and Client Development Head. Audrey was born and raised in Colorado and considers herself less outdoorsy than Colorado average but more outdoorsy than National average.
MATT hUNTINGTON
Matt Huntington is excited to serve as the 2024-2025 West Coast Regional Director. He is an Associate Consultant at Bain Los Angeles and has worked primarily with Private Equity, Media, and Utilities clients. Matt started with Inspire in 2023 and has worked as a case leader and co-office head of Bain LA's Inspire chapter. Prior to Bain, Matt grew up in Los Angeles and attended the University of Southern California for college, where he studied Human Biology and Finance.
aNDREW bAILARD
Andrew Bailard is proud to serve as the 2024-2025 Northeast Regional Director. He is a strategy consultant at Deloitte focusing primarily on optimizing portfolio and program management within technology companies. Prior to Deloitte, Andrew studied Economics at Boston College and served as the Chief of staff and Office Head for Inspire’s Deloitte Boston chapter. Andrew was raised in the Bay Area and enjoys cooking, scuba diving, muay thai and travelling.
