Madeleine Welch
Madeleine Welch is looking forward to serving as Inspire’s 2023-4 Executive Director. Madeleine is a Senior Associate Consultant dedicated to L.E.K.’s MedTech practice. She has previously served as a volunteer, case team leader, CD head and Office Head in the L.E.K. Chicago chapter. Madeleine grew up in London and Hong Kong, and now calls Reno, NV home. She studied International Economics at Georgetown University. She enjoys spin class, beach volleyball, and drinking coffee.
Nishant mishra
Nishant Mishra is excited to serve as Inspire's 2022-2023 Growth & Finance Director. Nishant works at EY-Parthenon's New York office, where he works in their TMT / SSG practice. He has served as a project volunteer, a CTL, and an Office Head for Inspire. Nishant grew up in Singapore, and studied Data Science and Economics at UC Berkeley. In his free time, he enjoys boxing, basketball, listening to music, and eating!
Hannah isenhart
Hannah Isenhart is serving as Inspire’s 2022-23 Knowledge & Innovation Director. Hannah works at EY-Parthenon in the New York office, where she is in their TMT / SSG group. Previously, Hannah has served as a project volunteer, a workstream lead, and a Client Development Head in New York. Hannah is from Colorado, and prior to working at EY-Parthenon earned a B.A. at Tufts University in Economics and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, tennis, skiing, and traveling.
Emilio Picayo
Emilio Picayo is a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain and Inspire's 2023-24 Programming & Communications Director. He previously served as a volunteer and as Community Engagement Director for Inspire's Bain New York chapter. Emilio is originally from New York City and studied Applied Math & Theater at Brown. For fun he likes to get outside, play basketball, and listen to live music.
Kree Zhang
Kree Zhang is Inspire’s current Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, having previously served as the Financial and PR Director of and Workstream Leads of the EY-Parthenon New York chapter. Kree grew up moving in between New York, Hong Kong and Shanghai and attended UC Berkeley where double majored in Economics and Business Administration. In her free time, Kree enjoys going to museums, concerts, dance classes and central park runs.
Sam shipko
Sam Shipko is excited to be Inspire’s 2023-24 Midwest Regional Director having previously held the Office Head and Case Team Leader roles within Deloitte’s Chicago Chapter. Sam grew up in the Chicago suburbs and earned his undergraduate degree from DePaul University and graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania while simultaneously serving as a Teach For America math teacher in Philadelphia. At Deloitte, Sam focuses his work in the Organizational Transformation offering with Life Sciences and Healthcare clients. Sam enjoys exercising, exploring Chicago, and attending country concerts and festivals with friends.

Emily Pohl is an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting and the 2023-24 West Regional Director for Inspire. She served as the Northeast Regional Director last year, and previously as Office Head, Client Development Head, and a Case Team Leader for the L.E.K. Chicago office chapter. Emily grew up in Darnestown, MD and attended Notre Dame where she studied International Economics and International Development. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, rollerblading, hiking, exploring local food scenes, and is a novice at gardening and pottery.
Elise Romola
Elise Romola is excited to be Inspire’s 2023-24 Northeast Regional Director, having previously served as Office Head and a Case Team Leader for Deloitte’s McLean chapter. Originally from Northern Virginia, Elise attended NC State where she studied Business Administration and Communication. Now a Consultant at Deloitte, her work focuses on marketing strategy within the Consumer industry. In her free time, Elise enjoys trying new restaurants, running on the National Mall, and cheering on DC sports teams!
